REFUND, RETURN, STORE CREDIT AND SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through our self-service platform  after your second charge has been processed.

Per our https://cleansupplementusa.com/policies/terms-of-service (Section 6.6), our subscription plans are offered at a discounted rate. 

If you choose to cancel before your second charge, you will be required to pay the difference between the subscription price and the one-time purchase price of the product.

To cancel your subscription:

1. Access your account at https://cleansupplementusa.com and log in with your credentials.

2. Go to the Your Subscriptions page.

3. Click Manage Subscription.

4. Click Cancel Subscription. If your subscription is paused, you'll need to unpause it first to see the cancel option.

How to pay the price difference to cancel before the second order?

If you don’t want to receive the second shipment but still want to cancel your subscription early, you have the option to pay the price difference instead of waiting for the second charge.

Here’s how:

1. Access your account at https://cleansupplementusa.com and log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Your Subscriptions page.

3. Click Manage Subscription.

4. Select Pay & Cancel. If your subscription is paused, the Pay & Cancel option will not appear. You’ll first need to unpause the subscription to proceed.

Once the price difference is paid, your subscription will be canceled, and no further shipments will be sent.

Your purchase constitutes the agreement to the terms outlined below. All sales are final. Exceptions are expressly limited to the conditions provided in this policy. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge, agree to, and are bound by these terms.

1. Refund Eligibility

You are only eligible for a refund or partial refund, to be decided at the sole discretion of our customer success inspection team, if your situation meets one of the following strict criteria:

  • Product Lost in Transit: The product is confirmed by USPS tracking as "Lost in Transit" and has not been marked as "Delivered." We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a secure delivery location.
  • Unopened & Resalable: The product is completely unopened, in its original, sealed packaging, and in a condition fit for resale.
  • Faulty or Not as Described: The product itself is defective, or is demonstrably different from the description on our website at the time of purchase.

2. Store Credit Policy

For all other reasons outside of the specific refund eligibility criteria (e.g., change of mind, accidental order, dissatisfaction with results), our sole and exclusive resolution is the issuance of store credit. We do not offer refunds in these cases. Store credit is provided as an immediate resolution to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to our final sale policy.

3. How to Request a Return

  • Submit Request: You must email us at support@cleansupplementusa.com within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • Provide Proof: Your email must include a detailed description of the issue and clear photo or video proof if the product is faulty or not as described.
  • Await Authorization: Our team will review your request. If provisionally approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.

4. Fees and Deductions

Once your return is approved and the item is received:

  • non-refundable $9.00 USD return shipping fee and a $15.00 USD handling and restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit amount.
  • Refunds, if approved, are issued to your original payment method within 14 business days of our warehouse receiving and inspecting the return.
  • Please allow an additional 30-60 business days for the funds to appear in your bank account, as processing times vary by financial institution.

5. Refused Packages

Customers who refuse a package upon delivery will be held responsible for all associated costs, including the original shipping fee, the return shipping fee, and the $15.00 handling fee. These costs will be deducted from the merchandise credit issued. No refunds will be provided for refused packages.

7. International Orders

Orders shipped to Canada or Australia are non-returnable and non-refundable at this time.
